Sleep & Insomnia

In our continual push to do more, be more, and accomplish more, more and more of us are not getting enough sleep. Some of us have difficulty falling asleep, some of us cannot stay asleep, and some of us never wake up feeling refreshed. Is this you?

What to do about sleep? Do you take sleeping pills? Melatonin? Drink Sleepytime or kava tea? If so, then you are treating the symptoms and probably not addressing the underlying cause of your insomnia. Join the club!

What are the underlying causes?

While there are many, many possible causes for difficulty sleeping, these are the ones we provide help with:

  • Monkey mind, aka thinking, worrying, obsessing
  • Chronic overstimulation of the sympathetic nervous system
  • Elevated pulse rate and blood pressure
  • Exposure to junk light (LED lighting & electronic screens)
  • Exposure to harmful EMF (electromagnetic frequency) radiation
