Footage shot in Satya Hall at Pura Vida Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica several years ago. Just a long shot of these beautiful flowers and a bit of wind, a person walking past occasionally. To spice things up I tried speeding it up and then copying and pasting the speeded-up footage over and over, alternating forwards and then backwards sections. At some point it began to suggest inhales and exhales so I went with that. Hope you like it.
