Insomnia? Free coaching call (Learn how to practice “Centering The Storm”)

Do you struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia? You’re not alone. In my 28 years of experience teaching breath-centered yoga and meditation I have helped many individuals overcome these and other stress-related issues. In fact, my first book, One Half-Breath At A Time, is geared towards bringing the power of breathwork to a wider audience!

Now that I have moved to online teaching and coaching I am looking to help individuals just like you. I’m crafting a pilot course right now (I plan to launch it within the next month!) for people to learn how to transform their stress into calm ease, productive power, and radiant joy. However, I need to make sure this pilot course will actually address the core issues–your most pressing problem and/or your most fervent desire–you’d want to tackle in such a course.

So as a way to make certain I am on the right track with my idea, I’m offering a limited number of free twenty minute coaching calls. And since I am seeing so many individuals suffering insomnia during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, I have decided to offer a free lesson on a quick and easy technique called Centering The Storm. This technique has many benefits and applications but it is especially helpful for anyone who can’t fall asleep.

Because I need to validate my pilot course idea, I’m offering these calls for free. It’s a special, no-cost opportunity for us to connect. The deadline to book a call is Friday, April 17. These calls will be short, but powerful, so we can address your specific problem or desire relevant to what I teach (breath-centered practices). Maybe it’s not insomnia for you; maybe it’s anxiety or depression. This is what I need to learn!

Please let me know what I can do. I’m looking forward to talking with you.

-Joseph R. Roberson

P.S., I promise to listen and provide coaching without any selling whatsoever during our call. Let me know if this is something you would like to do.
